Shipping process

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will then enter into its production phase. Once ready, it will be dispatched, then you will receive a second e-mail containing your tracking information.

Shipping locations

We deliver all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. If your address is not accepted at the time of payment, please contact us and we will try to find a solution. You will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment. All shipments are made usingย DHLโ€™s premium shipping method.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 days (up to 10 days for framing options), then, delivery times varying according to destination.

With Premium Delivery:

1-2 days: EU + UK ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ

Delivery costs

Why do I have to pay for delivery?

I only offer premium delivery to guarantee the integrity of the artwork until it reaches your home, and twice as fast. This comfort and security come at a cost. The delivery charges applied are only a small part of the actual cost.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are applied per order only and depends on your delivery address.
You only pay once for delivery, regardless of the number of items and whether they are printed or framed.

Custom duties and taxes

We offer duty-free delivery to the EU, UK and United States. For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland customs duties are prepaid.

However, for other regions, you may have to payย import duties and taxes (including VAT) depending on the requirements of your delivery port. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
As the customer, these charges are your responsibility. Gobi Ward aka Florian Marie is not responsible if they are applied.

How can I track my order?

The delivery service used is DHL. I only offer premium delivery and DHL will always take care of your order until it reaches your home.

Once your order ready, your tracking information will be sent by email by ShippyPro, except for Canadian and US customers for whom the sender will be Shipstation.
These two senders are for tracking purposes only, DHL is your carrier from start to finish.

Your tracking number is provided in the email sent by ShippyPro or Shipstation. You can then use this tracking number on the platform of your choice.

Tracking issues

Please contact us at hello@gobi-ward.com with your name and order number if you are in one of these three situations:

– You did not receive any email from ShippyPro or Shipstation after the dispatching times (2 to 5 days for pints, up to 10 days for Frames)
– Your tracking number isn’t available days after receiving it
– You have receiving your tracking number since at least 20 days and still not received your order
