Frequently Asked Questions

Collector’s FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
This time frame is indicative and may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control.
But in most cases, you can use this time range as a reference. To find out more, visit the shipping policy.

Who delivers my order and how do I track it?

Depending on your delivery adress, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket or Warenpost service will take care of your parcel until it reaches your home.
I have chosen a mandatory premium delivery in order to preserve the integrity of the artwork until it reaches your home. This is one of the reasons why part of the actual cost of delivery is charged extra.

Once your order ready, your tracking information will be sent by email by ShippyPro, except for Canadian and US customers for whom the sender will be Shipstation.
These two senders are for tracking purposes only.

Your tracking number is provided in the email sent by ShippyPro or Shipstation. You can then use this tracking number on the platform of your choice.

Can you deliver anywhere in the world?

Almost! With a few exceptions, we offer worldwide shipping, giving everyone the opportunity to acquire the artwork of their choice, regardless of their country of residence. Shipping times and costs vary according to destination. To find out more, visit the shipping policy.

Under what conditions are the artworks limited?

Each artwork is limited in prints and sizes, you can find them all in my Fine Art collection. Once all editions are sold out, the artwork becomes inaccessible.

As example, one “A size” artwork is accessible in 4 sizes, 40 editions / size (A4, A3, A2, A1) totalizing 160 editions. But you can find other aspect ration as square or 4:3, those are limited in 3 or 2 different sizes totalizing 120 prints or 80 prints.

The Post-Out collection obeys its own rules, accessible from the collection itself.

Artist’s FAQ

What tools and programs do you use to create your artworks?

Mainly Procreate on iPad. I also use Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom for certain projects and/or adjustments.
I also like to draw on paper, which gives me a different perspective on creation and a completely different way of working. Also, depending on the medium used, the creative experience differs in many ways (grip, thickness, color, texture, etc.).
When I create animation sequences, I use Photoshop, Procreate Dreams & After Effect.

What's your gear?

iPad 12,9″ (5th Generation) | Apple Pencil (2nd generation) | MacBook Pro 16″ 2019

Do you use AI to create your work?

No.

Who prints your art?

My printer and by extension partner in this artistic adventure is: theprintspace.

I took some time to sort out and compare the different offers on the market. I have ideals and sensitivities that I absolutely wanted to integrate into my work and the user experience I offer you. Thesprintspace ticks all the boxes, and it’s a real pleasure to be able to offer you museum-quality products from a company that cares, while respecting my principles and values. How old are you?

I’m currently 28!

How long have you been drawing?

A long time. I’ve always had a creative soul, a developed curiosity and a certain love for drawing. However, drawing hasn’t been with me every day of my life, I’ve had moments with it and moments without. But I’ve never given up the practice, and I’ve always known that one day I’d return to it with passion and seriousness.

Do you have any future projects?

Great question. At the top of the list, I have two projects I definitely want to implement: ******* * ***** ***** & ******** *** ******* *********. I can’t wait.
