Frequently Asked Questions

Collector’s FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

If you live in the European Union, delivery time is estimated at 2 to 6 days for unframed prints and around 10 days for framed artworks. Each print is made to order, prepared and packed by hand. The wooden frames are also made by hand. To find out more, visit the shipping policy.

Who delivers my order and how do I track it?

The delivery service used is DHL Express. I have chosen a mandatory premium delivery in order to preserve the integrity of the artwork until it reaches your home. This is one of the reasons why part of the actual cost of delivery is charged extra.

You will be able to track your order thanks to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Copy this code onto the “Tracking” tab on our carrier’s website after choosing your delivery country on DHL Express.

Can you deliver anywhere in the world?

Almost! With a few exceptions, we offer worldwide shipping, giving everyone the opportunity to acquire the artwork of their choice, regardless of their country of residence. Shipping times and costs vary according to destination. To find out more, visit the shipping policy.

What are my options for acquiring an artwork?

Each work is available for purchase in two museum-quality formats: Print & Framed. The wood frames are handmade in Germany from FSC®-certified wood (license code: FSC® C021405).

Unless specific mention, the artworks are printed on 310g/m2 Fine Art Hahnemühle German Etching paper.

All artworks are limited editions and come with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

To find out more about paper and framing, visit my additional information page.

Under what conditions are the artworks limited?

Each work is limited to 120 prints in 3 sizes (40 prints per size) Print & Framed combined. Once all editions are sold out, the artwork becomes inaccessible.

The Post-Out collection obeys its own rules, accessible from the collection itself.

What tools and programs do you use to create your artworks?

Mainly Procreate on iPad. I also use Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom for certain projects and/or adjustments.
I also like to draw on paper, which gives me a different perspective on creation and a completely different way of working. Also, depending on the medium used, the creative experience differs in many ways (grip, thickness, color, texture, etc.).
When I create animation sequences, I use Photoshop & After Effect.

What's your gear?

iPad 12,9″ (5th Generation) | Apple Pencil (2nd generation) | MacBook Pro 16″ 2019

Who prints your art?

My printer and by extension partner in this artistic adventure is: theprintspace.

I took some time to sort out and compare the different offers on the market. I have ideals and sensitivities that I absolutely wanted to integrate into my work and the user experience I offer you. Thesprintspace ticks all the boxes, and it’s a real pleasure to be able to offer you museum-quality products from a company that cares, while respecting my principles and values. How old are you?

I’m currently 27!

How long have you been drawing?

A long time. I’ve always had a creative soul, a developed curiosity and a certain love for drawing. However, drawing hasn’t been with me every day of my life, I’ve had moments with it and moments without. But I’ve never given up the practice, and I’ve always known that one day I’d return to it with passion and seriousness.

Do you have any future projects?

Great question. At the top of the list, I have two projects I definitely want to implement: ******* * ***** ***** & ******** *** ******* *********. I can’t wait.
