Refund Policy

I sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with your artwork. If not, or if you have any questions about our return and refund policy, please read this policy carefully.


We have a 30-day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed prints). This 30-day period begins upon receipt of your order. Once this period has expired, you will not be able to request a refund or exchange.

The following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be returned in its entirety, in its original condition and packaging.
  • Include an explanatory note with your return, including order number, name, address and reasons for return
  • Please specify whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange

Items returned without a return request will not be accepted!

If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions for the correct return. Return shipping costs are not covered by us and will be charged to the customer. Once the return has been received and found to be undamaged, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

Damages et errors (order / address)

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged artwork, please contact us immediately after inspection with photos showing the damage(s) from different angles. After confirmation, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and free of charge.

The same applies if you receive an artwork different from the one originally ordered.

If we are unable to replace the edition, we will issue a refund once we have received the damaged/erroneous artwork and the corresponding certificate of authenticity (if applicable).


If you have entered the wrong delivery address when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to change the address. If the order has already been shipped, we accept no responsibility and will not accept any refunds or free shipping to a new address. You will be responsible for all transit costs and arrangements.

Exceptions / non-retournable item

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Here is a non-exhaustive list:

  • Original artwork
  • Personalized and/or custom-made items
  • Framed prints
  • Canvas prints
  • Gift cards
  • We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids or gas.

The fastest and most reliable way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by following the procedure previously explained, then, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you require.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As explained above, your item must be in its entirety, in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
